The relationship with our customer does not end when the machine is sold; for Mapromont it is important to support his customer at all stages.

In this regard, we have chosen a series of partners and trained various technicians who can provide adequate advice both in terms of machine maintenance and positioning, in the customer’s production department.

Our technicians can therefore follow all the phases from the installation of the machinery in the specific plant, with the relative control of the correct putting in line and the sources of necessary feeds;

but also the subsequent periodic or extraordinary maintenance that may be necessary.

Furthermore, our staff is always available to study new product formats or subsequent modifications, in order to meet the needs of their production, as well as to provide them with periodic updates.

This service is made even more complete by the series of commercial partners and the first technical support that we have deployed in the various countries; these agencies can follow a diagnosis and offer an almost immediate first solution before our direct intervention.
